STARTUP
Project STARTUP was held in Zwierzyn, Poland from 08 -12 September 2015. The aims of this CME is to promote contacts between NGO managers, project managers, youth workers in order to get to know each other, exchange of information and to develop ideas for new youth projects, to share experiences and ideas in the field of Cultural Diversity.

We gather 14 organisations from 10 countries in our venue. There was 30 youth workers interested in future cooperations to buld project.
Our main idea was to build trustful and long term partnership that will turn into quality youth in action initiatives. We used below outlined methods:
